Shopping at Phold is completely safe. All payments are securely validated and processed outside of the Phold website by PayPal, the leader in convenient and secure online payment processing. PayPal accept all major debit/credit cards, or simply pay using your PayPal account.

Please make sure the e-mail address you provide us is correct.
Please note that:
• No orders shall be accepted from persons under the age of 18.
• All products displayed on this website are subject to availability.
• Phold is not VAT registered so no VAT is added to your bill
• The quoted delivery prices are only to UK addresses. If you live outside the UK then please contact us before ordering and we will provide a quote for delivery
While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this website are correct and up to date, we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all information about the products you have selected as their relevant details may have changed since you last visited our store.

Phold are not VAT registered so all of our prices are free from VAT. Our delivery charges are clearly stated before you checkout. Click here to see a breakdwon of the charges. The total price you see in your shopping basket is the full price you will pay at checkout, there are no hidden charges or fees.

Please note that the delivery prices quoted on the site are applicable only to addresses within the UK.
For stock items, delivery is normally within 5 working days from receipt of order, although please allow up to 10 days. If your goods have not arrived within 14 days of ordering, please contact us immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered goods after this time limit.

cooling off period

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. This applies to all of our products where the item has not been used.
To cancel your order within this seven day period, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send to us within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Please be aware we cannot accept returns after this seven day period.
Please note that when canceling an order, you will be responsible for the costs of returning items to us, and that we will not refund the cost of delivery unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because the item is defective (see faulty items below).

faulty items

We offer a full refund guarantee on faulty items providing products are returned in the original condition. Your refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s). Postage costs will be reimbursed in this instance but only if you provide proof of postage.

We take the privacy of our customers’ data very seriously and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will never collect or retain sensitive information about you without your permission nor will we retain credit card data or any form of banking details.
