Yes, the fabric from your bag can be reused and we even offer to do this for you. Simply return your bag to us at our registered address. Alternatively, speak to your local Council about fabric recycling in your area.i've seen other collapsible bags, why is the phold design better?
No need for a storage pouch which can be easily lost or hard to conceal
Other bags do not fold and stay flat and can be more bulky and awkward to store away
Our bags have a proper gusset for easier packing and better style
Our bags are designed to be compact but keep their shape and look stylish when in use. Compare this to other compact bags which look like a bundle of floppy material
how do i fold my phold bag?
Please visit the how to phold page for a demonstration.where are phold products made and why?
In order for us to price out products competitively, our bags are made in China. It is an unfortunate effect of our global economy that UK production of the bags would be prohibitively expensive. The source factory meets the SA8000:2001 verification system which is the globally recognised standard for managing human rights in the workplace. This means no child or forced labour, limits on working hours and fair wages. It also covers issues such as health and safety, discrimination, discipline and freedom of assocation.phold bags are made from a synthetic material - how is this environmentally friendly?
Environmental groups list product re-use as the primary way for consumers to directly aid environmental issues. More than the use of resources during production and recycling at the point of disposal, it is our ability to re-use products and hence product lifetime that is important. The main aim of Phold is stop the use of disposable carriers by creating a range of bags which can be used over and over again. British Patent App No. 0712703.8
